Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy outlines how Tasveeran Junction manages bookings, prepares for on-site photobooth sessions, and delivers final outputs to our clients. By making an enquiry or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Scope of Services
We provide fully managed photobooth experiences that include equipment setup, on-site assistance where required, instant prints, and digital delivery of photographs. Specific inclusions and add-ons will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) from Tasveeran Junction.
- We reserve the right to request an advance payment or security deposit for select events or peak dates.
- Event details such as venue, start time, duration, and audience size must be finalised at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
3. Pre-Event Coordination
- Our team will coordinate with you to understand the event theme, booth placement, power requirements, and any custom branding needs.
- Clients must ensure easy access to the venue at least 60 minutes prior to the event start for setup.
- Any location-specific permissions or passes must be arranged by the client.
4. On-Site Service Delivery
- We arrive on-site with all necessary equipment and props confirmed during booking.
- Standard session duration is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
- Where self-service is selected, our support team remains reachable via WhatsApp for remote assistance.
- We monitor the photobooth for technical performance and guest experience throughout the session.
5. Deliverables
- Instant prints are produced on-site in the quantity agreed during booking.
- Digital copies are shared within 24 hours via WhatsApp, email, or a secure download link.
- Additional editing or retouching requests may attract a separate fee and will be quoted before work begins.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Clients may reschedule once without charge if notified at least 72 hours before the event.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the advance amount, where applicable.
- If Tasveeran Junction must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any advance paid will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, level space (minimum 8ft x 8ft) with a dedicated power supply.
- Ensure guest behaviour remains respectful towards our team and equipment.
- Obtain permissions for photography where required (venues, minors, or restricted areas).
8. Quality Assurance
We commit to delivering high-quality prints and digital files. Should any technical issue arise, we will make reasonable efforts to reprint or resend the affected photos within 48 hours of notification.

10. Policy Updates
We may update this Service Delivery Policy periodically to reflect operational improvements or regulatory requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
